Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination solutions. If your LED flood lights do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the LED fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and installation manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lights, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement units within 5 business days.
